1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

2. ARE THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

3. WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once your complete order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at arsaexim@gmail.com

4. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Payments can be made through Bank transfer, Paytm or by Debit or Credit card. We accept International Payment and all major domestic & international credit cards.

5. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.
